Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds/Returns

We offer returns within 14 days of purchase, as long as they have tags attached, are unwashed, unworn, unused and free of odour or marks.

You have 5 days from receiving your package to report any damage or defects on items that have NOT been worn, used or washed.

All returned items, once inspected are subject for a direct refund to the method of payment used OR credit issued via use of a coupon code.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or activation of your credit.

Please Note: any loose threads should be snipped close to the garment and NOT pulled. Loose or extra threads are commonly found on bulk manufactured clothing.

Missing Items

In the unlikely event, that an item is missing from your order – the warehouse packing slip & inventory will be double checked. If we can confirm that the item was missed in your shipped package, a credit will be applied to the method of payment originally used. 

*we do NOT re-ship missed items.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. If a return is is necessary for an item on sale – you will receive a credit.

Conditions

If your order was placed inside of an event (party or fundraiser) your refund will be in the form of store credit. Please understand that orders placed inside of these events have earned the host/organization benefits of which we cannot take back to account for the reduction of sales due to a return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the event of a manufacturer defect, the flat-rate shipping cost for return shipping to the warehouse will be offered in store credit.
